CLARA-MSK Pumpkin

The Museum voor Schone Kunsten Gent (MSK) invited me to design a scarf for the exhibition Onvergetelijk – Women in the Arts of the Long Seventeenth Century. The scarves are inspired by the colours of flowers and the delicate lines of lace that reappear throughout the exhibition. Details, textures and soft nuances formed the starting point of the design. Onvergetelijk is the very first large-scale survey exhibition entirely dedicated to the role and significance of women in the arts during the long seventeenth century.

• wash it very gently by hand with lukewarm water of MAX 30°. use a wool detergent to wash. machine wash only on a WOOLPROGRAM 30°, low speed, at one's own risk as we cannot guarantee the individual program settings on the washing machines. it is not necessary to wash merino wool frequently, this fiber is self-cleaning because of the lanolin (natural soap inside the wool).
• merino wool is a fine soft elastic type of wool, odor resistant and does not sting. warm in winter, cool in summer. merino wool is a natural sustainable product.
