You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition, unused and with the tags still attached. If we notice that the products have been worn or damaged, we have the right not to accept the return. The full amount (of the returned products, not the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 14 days. The return costs are for the customer.
Please return the product you received and send us an email to let us know which product you would like instead. We will send you the new product as soon as we have received the product you want to change.
If the product is lost or you notice upon receipt that the item has been damaged during transport, you must report this to us immediately within 2 days.
For packages not collected from your post office within 14 days, LFG reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover the administrative costs of returns and carriers.
